Our 2nd Home Unit is positioned on the Front, South Corner of the Tower South. From Both Bedrooms and Living Room there is nothing between You and Your View of the Ocean all the way down the Beach. See and Listen to the Relaxing Sound of the Sea Gulls and Ocean from any where in this Home Feeling Condo. This is a Very Unique and Highly Prized Location within this Famous and Family Friendly Resort. Yearly Updates In Our 2nd Home. We Pride Ourselves In Keeping Our Home In Excellent condition. Located on the 1st floor (approx. 15+ feet from ground level), convenient to every accommodation and no waiting for an elevator. For your use we have supplied a generously equipped modern kitchen with all the conveniences you would expect in a home of this quality. The master bedroom has a King Size Bed, Sony 32' Flat Screen HDTV, CD/DVD player, private entrance to main balcony and a Terrific View of the Beach, Ocean and Pool. The attached master bedroom private bath has a Whirlpool Jacuzzi. The second bedroom features 2 Comfortable Single Beds with it's own entrance to the Balcony and a Fantastic View of the Ocean. The second bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a Beautifully Tiled Shower with Power spray plus Mist and Massage Shower Head. Our 2nd Bedroom also features a JVC 32 ' Flat Screen HD TV & DVD Player.

During our busy season our weekly rentals,check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm
until the following Saturday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring,Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 4 night minimum (less than a 7 day stay does have a cleaning fee).
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

This is a Non Smoking Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).
We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.
We also offer WiFi and Cable ( both bedrooms & living room have Flat Screen HDTV's & DVD Players ) & local phone calls all at no extra charge.

The living room includes a 42' Flat Screen HDTV, CD/DVD player, queen size sleeper sofa with ample seating and of course that Amazing Ocean View as far as you can see. See this Magnificent Ocean View from the enormous wrap around balcony (approximately 350 square feet). This balcony is furnished with 2 sets of comfortable High-Top Table and Chairs. Perfect for outside dining and entertaining with Family and Friends. Also includes 2 Lounge Chairs and 2 Rocking Chairs to suntan,read and relax if you do not feel like going to one of the several pools. Feel free to use our locker full of beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and bocce ball etc… We also have tennis rackets for you to use if you want to use one of the several tennis courts.

We do have Free SECURED Wireless Internet Available.
Also plenty of Free Parking.

Barefoot Landing (100 + shops) the nationally acclaimed attraction is Ocean Creek’s immediate neighbor. Just cross the street after you exit the security gate, you are there. There are hundreds of shops and dozens of restaurants to suit any taste (Seafood, Italian, Chinese, Mexican and many more). After your meal The House of Blues or Alabama Theater offer top rate entertainment for the evening. Also Walmart, Kroger's, Public's, Bass Pro Shop, Myrtle Beach Mall, Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, Tanger Outlet Mall, Alligator Adventure, Restaurant Row and more are all less than 10 minutes away.

If you want to venture past walking distance from the resort you can experience all the amusement parks, golf courses, restaurants and attractions that Myrtle Beach is known for.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Our Spring,Summer & Fall Seasons seem to book up quickly. Make sure You reserve the week that You prefer as early as possible. Welcome To Our 2nd Home and Thank You !!!
